1.  How do I transfer files to MPB?

 

Create a Client Account.  When your account is activated, you will be able to login to your Client File Management(CFM) interface.  The CFM  interface allows you to upload new files, review the download status of previously uploaded files and delete files.

 

2. What type of files can I upload?

 

The CFM interface only accepts ZIP (.zip) files.  This restriction is for the benefit of our clients and MPB.  Zip files are smaller in size, therefore they upload to the server quicker.  They also download faster and require less disk space to store.

 

3.  What do I do if I can't remember my account login username and/or password?

 

Please use the Client Login Retrieval form or contact MPB at 888.292.0001 for assistance.
